Tonight I'm cooking Grilled Monk Fish with Lemon Pepper Rice for me and Max is having Monk Fish and a few Prawns :)

Pork chops and a side.

Pork chops in vine sauce and fried spring baby potatoes, might eve get some rabbit food (green salad). If my brother doesn't succeed at carbonizing them.

I might make an Irish Soda Bread..

Started BBQ with some friends but so did rain. Large porch so we brought it in there but now smoke is everywhere. Oh well. BBQed bacon slabs and ribs taste just as good inside.
