Watching Netflix on projector via Miracast

    Hello!
We all know about the dreaded black screen when trying to watch Netflix, Disney+ and other services by connecting the TV or projector as a secondary display. This is to prevent copying the signal and so illegally copying the movie or series. You see the home screen on the TV or projector, but when start playing a movie or series the screen becomes black. This happens both with the Netflix (or other services) app and with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers. The solution is to use Mozilla Firefox, but then the quality is limited to 720p. No 1080p, no 4K. Alternatively you must set the TV or projector as the primary monitor. I select "2nd monitor only" (TV or projector only) to do that switching my laptop's display off.

Same for a mobile phone. If you connect it directly to the TV or projector via HDMI cable (aka MHL), you can watch Netflix or whatever. What if your mobile doesn't support MHL and you are stuck with wireless connection only (Miracast for Android or Airplay for iOS) ? I would appreciate if anyone knows of a workaround to watch Netflix or Disney+ via Miracast from my Android phone. Please share.

PS. Yes, I can connect my laptop with HDMI, but it is far more convenient to connect my phone via Miracast. That's why I created this thread.

    Thanks.
