Even with the most safe playground games, some brats will manage to do something stupid and get hurt and the parents will blame the manufacturer and the Mayor of the town for lack of safety on the premises. They never admit their kids did something stupid.
If I were mayor I'd change that sue ability right quick with a law the nullifies frivolous litigation and claims - and all my parks and whatnot would have a sign (disclaimer): "ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES." It's just a disclaimer though so not full proof. A proper anti-frivolous statue on the books would render a sue happy meritless in the eyes of the judge on day one.

And I bet the place stunk like hell, too. How's that for a funny?
The Internets said:
One of the few references that Leonardo made to sexuality in his notebooks states: "The act of procreation and anything that has any relation to it is so disgusting that human beings would soon die out if there were no pretty faces and sensuous dispositions."

In Greece laws are voted by the Parliament and are valid for the whole country. A Mayor cannot issue local laws. But a disclaimer "Adult supervision is required at all times" is enough to nullify any stupid claims from parents. Were they supervising their kid? No, so they cannot claim anything in case of an accident. They are even prosecuted for exposing their kid to danger! (Not sufficiently supervising it)

Very interesting.

"Run into a store, ask what year it is. When someone answers, yell 'it worked!' and run out cheering."
I would love to do that - if I were a teenager again. Today they'd lock me up in a state asylum for 25 years!

A Guy
If anyone knows anything about probability and statistics, go ahead and take a crack at that. You'll discover things aren't so random after all...
