Good morning / afternoon folks.

In the low 50's, we're supposed to see T Storms/showers today with highs in the mid 70's

Thank you everyone for the well wishes, my Wife says thank you as well.

So yesterday they shipped her off to that hospital she was in a while back, it's for stroke victims & similar things. Initially we told them we didn't want her to go there being that her foot was messed up & she wasn't supposed to put any weight on it for some time. The place however, says they have equipment that will allow her to walk but not have very much pressure on her foot.

So I'm back to 1 1/2 hour drive when I go see her again. But the place specializes in PT for certain things, including stroke, & the counselor at the hosp said she would be getting better treatment there then at a standard skilled nursing facility.

She was doing fine after the operation, they did say her blood flow sounded better.

Thank you, turns out her getting admitted to the hosp for just the infection revealed the clogged artery as well so that was a plus they found that.

A bit below average temps, mid to low 50's for today and the next 7 days. At least it's mostly dry, a couple of light showers today and Friday, then a dry and cloudy/bright week ahead.

It sounds like she'll get some good PT there, hopefully it will turn out to be a good thing in the long run...

Mornin' Dr.Borg, what kind of operation did she have for her foot ?
Good to hear she is back at the good rehab. place, she made good progress there last time.
