When it comes to insurance healthcare rules or bureaucracy, it rarely does.
However the PT people here just told me that there was some justification about the shoulder. they did a test & pointed out that her shoulder is actually drooping a bit & is hanging a bit out of socket. I have to order a couple things that will help, a sling & she said start putting the electrodes on the shoulder at certain areas.

Well another call for Dell sound. The clean install rectified the issue but they failed to put all their apps back on. So today I will attempt to get all their apps on and we will monitor to ensure they don't bring back issue.
Remember that while last time you were dealing with sound issues on this Dell I was upgrading the ssd on one of my Dells?
Well, today I took delivery of an external USB NVMe case so that I could re purpose its old 128GB SSD as a Macrium rescue drive for this PC. I created a 1GB Fat32 partition for the Macrium boot files, and the rest as an exFAT partition for the images. Everything went well until I tried to boot from it - it didn't even show up in the F12 boot menu
At first I though it was a secure boot/revocation issue, so I rebuilt the boot media. But no, apparently to boot from any external NVMe SSD I have to specifically add it as a new UEFI boot option in the BIOS.
