Evening Marie. How was last night? Or the time of a day you consider "the night"..

    Good MAE Marie.

I know that 'out of sync' feeling only too well. Almost every year when the days are short as this my internal clock has become completely disconnected from 'actual' time and gone into freewheel mode. As I've said before, this year I'm taking ever step I can to cling on to some semblance of 'normal' time. The main one being leaving the bedroom curtains open to let the sunlight in.

It seems to be working, for the first time I can remember in many years I'm actually waking to daylight every single day - sometimes it is even in the morning!
    Evening
I never get out of sync, that is the surprising part in all of this.. I have even tried less coffee.. and than is almost headline news. *lol*
I wish i could do as you and solve the problem with the sunlight. that had been an easy fix

    Good afternoon

I'm out of phase even by my own internal timezone.. and i dont know why... for all years i have gone to bed at 5 or 6am and then up at 2 or 3pm.. But for the last 3weeks i have not been able to sleep before 10/11am.. and even if i get up at 2 or 3pm.. i still dont get to bet until 10/11am.. So i get to little sleep and i do not manage kick the internal clock back in sync..
But who knows.. maybe next week or next year

Thanks, i wish you too a nice and safe Monday
    Good Afternoon, Marie.

I hope you were able to rest well last night. Fingers crossed.

Thank you, for the kind thoughts. Wishing you a nice 'rested' Tuesday.

Good luck this week. Hopefully your wife is doing well and that test gear arrives.
    Thank you @Caledon Ken,

They said her brain waves were a bit stronger, but not strong enough to use the device yet. The nurse has been working with stroke patients for a long time & she says they can try it again in 6 months. Apparently it takes time for the brain to heal & settle down. So she didn't pass this time, but they're hoping down the road it'll work for her.

Hi Beeman. Glad the bees are okay. We've had some warm-ish weather here so far (very strange really).
