    Good morning / afternoon folks.

In the upper 20's this morn, supposed to be in the mid 40's & sunny.

Hell of a start to the morn, her leg gave out while transferring to the wheelchair, she ended up on the ground & I had to call the fire dept to help get her back up on it.
Good morning Borg. Mild and heavy showers today, a few glimpses of sun and temps (just) into low 50's.

Sorry to hear that, hopefully nothing more than a few bruises.

    Afternoon Bree.

Hope you get some sun soon.

It wasn't a far fall, think she's OK. She was on the chair but didn't have the strength to slide on all the way. I tried to get her up but it's really tough when only one side works. She tried crawling back on the bed, but that didn't work. So had to give in & call the fire dept.

I really hated having to call them out for a minor thing & I apologized, but they said they would rather have a call like that instead of something serious.

    Morning, Borg.

So sorry to read of the issue. Thankfully you were there and able to call for help. Fingers crossed it was a one-off incident, and will not happen again, buddy.

Wishing the best, for both of you.

    Morning WXC,

Thank you. Hopefully doesn't happen too much down the road.

Normally her transfer device holds her knees in place, but when her good leg gave out, didn't help unfortunately.

Hope you have a good, safe Tues.
