I used the add URL feature while creating the thread here’s the actual link to the petition: Attention Required! | Cloudflare

If other people could sign it here too it would be greatly appreciated, Windows 10 still dominates and is still the most popular used operating system compared to windows 11, people are either fed up with it or they would rather not waste thousands of dollars of a new build just because their current system doesn’t meet the minimum requirements even though there are some videos of people installing windows 11 on much older PCs

Again, thank you so much for your support it’s greatly appreciated and hopefully we can get Microsoft to extend support for windows 10 just like they did with XP and 7

Microsoft has sort of put and end to that idea of extending Windows 10 support

Hoping for a Windows 10 support extension? Microsoft just quietly crushed your dreams - ZDNet

seems that online petition of getting MS to extend support for Win10 will all be for naught

Windows 10 has a much higher market share (69.34%) compared to their newest operating system Windows 11 which sits at 26.14%. If Microsoft tells all 60+ billion computers that they are no longer supporting Windows 10 then it would be a huge blow to them. Windows 11 itself hasn’t really been doing well marketwise and the adaptation rate to the new operating system has been very low ever since the new OS was released.

Microsoft themselves have been under a lot of backlash lately with regards to windows 11, including the controversial hardware requirements that they’ve put in place prior to release hence why they’ve already started developing Windows 12. They keep their end of support for windows 10 in October of 2025 just to see if anyone would upgrade to Windows 12 and whether or not it would have a similar market share in comparison to Windows 10 which still has the largest market share Microsoft has seen in years.

Myself as well as a lot of other people have seen videos of people installing windows 11 onto old computers without worrying about the controversial hardware requirements for Windows 11 (Including TPM) which some old generation motherboards have a TPM header on them but either have 6th or 7th generation processors that don’t meet the requirements according to Microsoft.
