I don't know how to explain the issue clearly so bare with me.

After a few hours the movie or show I'm streaming, in this situation Plex, the video will become laggy like 30hz or lower. The sound is just fine. I've tried turning on trumotion but it's like a car speeding up, hitting the brakes, speeding up, hitting the brakes.

Its not connected to hdmi or anything. I'm simply using wifi. No soundbar or anything extra at all.
