Not Windows for a change - Music

    Hello,
This is not about "Windows 10", something about music for a change.
I tried to upload a piece of music to some site to identify it, but got no answer.
So I will ask music lovers on this forum to help me identify it.
I managed to take a small recording when the connection broke.
So with your permission I attach the small audio file (mp3) here. (in a zip file)
    Thanks for any answer,
    Motim

When I had to do that I went to a very old-fashioned CD & sheet music shop and played my music clip to the very old-fashioned manager. He identified the music in a flash & produced a CD of it in only a few flashes.

    Best of luck,
    Denis

I wish you luck, as well.

I listened, but have no clue, sorry.

Perhaps @Edwin, might give you an idea.

    OK.

    I listened to it.

Sounds like people clamoring for a seat on a crowded NYC subway.

I think it sounds quite like Handel's Messiah but it's not from the Chorus.
Perhaps it's from a different movement in Handel's Messiah or from another Handel work.

In my case the awful electronically re-rendered music clip that I found all those years ago in Windows 98 turned out to be from the entrancing Adagio in Beethoven's Pathétique.

Sounds like Mozart - Don Giovanni, but I'm not sure...

I tried three, count them 3 so-called musical identification Apps on my phone and none could ID the sample. Turns out it's damn hard to ID classical music apparently due to the composers and whatnot. Might want to try this website and hope someone one year gives you an answer.
