Lack of moisture on this side of the continent, is a serious problem.

    I'm baaaaak.

Terrible fires in north central WA. Of course forest fires are needed by Mother Nature. That's how she operates.

Does anyone know if an MSI Notebook bios_rvy recovery partition be deleted by Disk Part?

No. I think I'm about to have a little disagreement with a certain member who just might he knows it all, if you know what I mean.

Just making sure of some facts.

How can I put this so as not to mean so harsh....Mother Nature never invites us to live anywhere. That's our choice. If I live next to or close to a river, I should expect a flood every so often. If I live in tornado alley, I should expect a tornado every so often. If I live on the east coast, FL, or LA, I should expect a hurricane every so often. If I live in the woods, I should expect a fire every so often. In any of these situations I should be prepared for the worse. My heart goes out to them, but I don't feel sorry for them. That's where they chose to live.

Hopefully no one gets injured or killed and they have the proper insurance to recover their losses.

I've always thought you really couldn't and shouldn't delete a recovery partition. But heck.. if someone wants to try it I say go for it.. but don't complain if something goes wrong.

LOL! It may. It has to do with deleting OEM partitions with Windows tools. Last I knew it wasn't possible, but hey, things change.

This old Acer had one that I needed an atomic bomb to remove. That was 8 or 9 years ago.

Well, if someone such as I did upgrades to "the next OS", then the partition isn't needed anymore. Just wasting HD real estate.
