the word 'all' implies more than one, so you should use 'are' rather than 'is' there.

It depends on if they hire me by the hour or monthly. 40h week then i ask for $5000/month.. by the hour $150 to $250 depending on who it is.. some can not hire me even if they had all the money in the world.... I do still have my pride. *LOL*

I actually got a job-offer that way.. so it can be good to not be quiet also
Then it also depends on who they are, as some
(often new employed) can get their pride hurt if you know more then them.
I tend to keep the level down then. I am kind to everyone that is kind to me.
