Bad thing is... it repairs things
So with a high modified system where you have ripped out basic things you do not like with windows... do not run sfc/scannow.. you will have a lot of job restoring some things you did in the first place... (clicking on restore snapshot) back where i begun.. so now i really know for sure sfc is bad.

edit. I actually didn't know that, i have always thought it only scanned and gave an error report.. so i learned a new windows thing... a bit fun actually as it was so long time i learned new things about windows basic functions

sfc /verifyonly is what you want.

that log is messy to read..
But the basic.... after the scan i got a "Windows Resource Protection found integrity violations" it don't like my opinion/version of integrity.
oh-well.. that was my fun for the day.

Skip breakfast and just have some sugar drink to get the energy up at least one hour or more before flight so the stomach is empty.. the G-forces can get many to lose their breakfast so to speak.

No change needed there then, my regular breakfast is a mug of hot milk with four spoons of sugar and two of instant coffee. Kick-starts my day

The 'hour before' is easy to arrange too, I have an hour of flight briefing before take-off.
