    That "a" and "an" is a tricky one.. .. in this example.... my gut feeling says the first example.. but i am self taught out of American movies. ... so what do you native English spoken people say?
    This native Chinese speaker would say either "a Microsoft account" or "an /em/ /es/ account".
    However, don't trust the Chinese when it comes to English learning.
