Been there, done that, got the T-shirt. When I get engrossed in a problem I just can't leave it alone until it's finished.

Once I get to sleep I always get a solid 8-9 hours, whatever time I go to bed. I normally aim to hit the pillow by 2.30am, that way I get to see at least a little of the morning

I never get my beauty sleep if I'm up to late.. i always set my alarm clock to punish myself to get up at the same time every day.
Now I'm off for some errands.. back in a few hours.
