Windows 7,8.1 10....humanity under control.

Windows 95.....Is where I started. I'm now 60 years old. The PC age started for me in 1995. me, like the rest 80% of Americans at that time, where mesmerized...what a new wonderful world advancement for the common people to possess.

Since my intro to Widows 95, the way I look at life has changed.

After 20 years on my PC's....OS: 95, 98, 2000, XP, Vista, 8.1, now 10....and looking back, I'd wish now that this age never happened!

Life on earth has dramatically accelerated (negative) in my opinion as result!

Kids no longer play out of doors like all Americans did befor the 90's.....Human-to-human interaction has greatly diminished, it's lost...and young people can not understand what I talk .....because today's kids they have no experience with such to relate.

Life for humanity had tastefully sweeter fruits offered coupled with character and personality than the youth of 2015. I'm now so very grateful I grew up in the 50's 60's and 70's ......I truly feel sorry for today's youth....what they don't know...that was.

I can identify with much of what you say. I'll be 73 in October. I started with A CPM based computer in 1982, moved to DOS a couple of years later, went through all the Windows OSs. The difference between us is that when I look back, I'm glad it all happened. My generation changed things from what my grandfather held dear. I truly miss a lot of the simplicity of the 50s, 60s and 70s. But, my grandfather saw a drastically different simplicity in the 10s, 20s and 30s, too.

Thirty years from now, today's generation will look back and yearn for the simplicity of the early 2000s. It's not humanity. But, it is human nature.

Money and material possessions are what you GIFT most important...probably how you were programmed in youth...

By GWB, do you mean Bush, jr.? If so, you are incorrect in your assessment. I was never a fan of his in any respect.
