Not only are they using security questions, you set them with the telco rep. They know your answers.

Rogers Cable. It's a telco up hear and they use Yahoo mail services. Like other services, you have to answer security questions, but no where on site to set. You call support and they set them or tell you what they are.
One disgruntle employee could in theory break into anyone's account.

You should complain to whatever your version of the FCC is. That is dumb. I doubt seriously if the employees are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement, or if they are just ignore it.

Tell your client to set outlook or gmail account. I wouldn't touch that mail service with a ten-foot pole
