I will spend most of my day in car. I have to drive someone to an eye doctor for her regular eye injection. Then to her daughters house to see her grand kids and great grand kids who are up from the US. Then to the farm to get some business done.

That is for 3 days I tare the scale on Sunday thirty pounds a day is very good still.
