How Is The Weather Where You Live? [14]

I'm not sayin 40c isn't hot, but it gets well over 100° in many areas here with regularity. I guess it's like snow in areas that generally get no snow?

I would think most homes in your part of the World have Air Con installed.
Two days of freak temperatures in a normally moderate climate do not warrant it.
Climate variations like the present one pose risks for the old and vulnerable.

Where I live in the Peninsula newer homes may have AC, but most older homes and apartments do not. It just never got very hot that often. Now more and more it does. Of course older people here have issues with the heat as well as workers. They open "cooling centers" where people can go to get cool. It's of course a thing here as well
