Thanks. This update, just a day after the last one, would appear to be a fix for just one issue.
CCleaner v5.89.9401
Nothing else in CCleaner itself seems to have been updated, so I'm skipping this one.

even if you don't update it ...it will update itself at some point I read Bree 
[Patch update v5.89.9401] We have released a hotfix to resolve an issue that was preventing the app update process from fully completing for a relatively small percentage of users. In the majority of cases, this patch update will be applied automatically over the next 24 hours when you next run CCleaner.

I download the portable version and turn off updates. If I want to update it I'll download a fresh copy.
