    Good day WXC and Keith

I get those sometime too. Last week's cold/flu really upset my internal clock, only been back to my regular pattern for a couple of days.

    Good afternoon, Bree.

    As do I.

But this time, I have apparently tweaked a nerve in my lower back, running down the back of my right leg. I did this 3 days ago. Doesn't really bother me during the day, when moving around, it's at night when trying to sleep that it kicks in. Just all but impossible to get comfortable, while trying to sleep.

I think a little more time and exercise will take care of it.

In the low 30's with wind chills in the low 20's.

Off to the doc in a little bit. Clinic sent me my results by mail, says there's something going on in my lungs. Could be infection or the start of lung cancer, I'll have a few questions for the doc today. Called Ground Glass Nodules, meaning they couldn't see it well with the CT.
Morning Borg. That doesn't sound good. Wishing you all the best.
