Best place to download older builds of Windows (legal)

Hi all.

I'm looking for some kind of archive of old (microsoft ideally) download links to windows
older builds occasionally run better on older machines but I have a very small (and only very small) collection of them here.

I would ideally like a selection table to see older versions of windows.

Hello, there's a way to do it with Rufus, that's for Windows 10.

As far as I am aware, it's not about where you got the files from, it's how you use them. i.e, as long as you can activate properly it's okay. Just make sure it's the correct, non-tampered installation files.

I'd heard about the Rufus method before, it seems a bit of a faf!

The rufus method is what I did in the end because I use rufus anyway and it has many, many builds and was fairly easy, thanks!
