Mine were also listed as xml document in explorer.

Once after an update, Macrium "lost" my definitions. They were all in Reflect folder where they should be just they weren't listed in Macrium.

As stated you should be able to use the add button, in Macrium, navigate to the definition and add.
All mine on both pc's are listed in the Windows Document folder/ reflect/
Which is right where they should be
MY MR, does not recognize them with the Document extension.

Like Ken I once 'lost' my definitions, in my case it was after uninstalling and reinstalling Macrium. I just used 'Add' to put them back into the Definition Files list.

Mike, in the top pic you are not showing file extensions. Can change that in Explorer so that we can see what they are.

When using the Add button in Reflect to find and add your .xml definition files it doesn't matter one bit what file type Windows says they are, that is entirely dependent on what is set as 'Default by file type' in Windows. If you can browse and see them with Reflect's Add button, then you'll add then to the Definition Files list when you click the 'Open' button.
