Morning WXC. Hope you have a good Sun as well.

Not sure if because yesterday was busy at the market or just shortages, but there were a few places that looked decimated. Empty shelves in a few area, especially the bread & the cheese. Canned cat food & dry food almost all gone. Lots of frozen breakfast items not there anymore.

Well, it could be that it's just not been restocked yet (best case). But, that is apparently becoming more of an issue everywhere, from what I see on the news.

Here, everything is still fairly well stocked. Of course, that is subject to change.

Well, lets put it this way, I had to grab what I could find. And I got lucky getting those items. Only 1 pack of regular Eng muffins left, hardly any store brand breads, no hamburger buns, had to get the name brand for both items. Cat food aisle only had 3 bags of crunchy kitty food left. The cheese area was almost empty.

Hopefully it's just due to the large amount of traffic at the store yesterday. I've seen shelves empty there before, but never this bad. Girl at the store told me less trucks coming in every week & there are rumors of supply issues, due to both stock & getting truck drivers.

That is unfortunate. But hopefully you have the necessities.

Yes, supply chain issues, are likely to only worsen too. It's not looking good.

Well, we were good on food before, just out of a couple bread items. My Wife said not to worry about it, we do have plenty of food....but then I woke up early this morn & thought about it & I just had to get it done.

My Wife said to me when I came back "Seriously? You just HAAAD to go out & do it didn't you?"

That's me with my ADHD, if there's something to do I try to do it no matter what....
