    It was 63° this morning and has cooled down to 53° and forecast to get down to 36° Had liquid snow this morning.

    With my wind chill factor it feels like 15 to 20 below 0 here.

    That is not any weather you want to be in even dressed right and yes I have been in that kind of weather on top of a hill fixing radars no longer than 15 minutes outside. It was not a feel like 20 below it was 20 below.
