Yep I am in the AC as it is 82° outside with rain clouds on the radar. I bought a new type of window AC and installed it yesterday it is a inverter driven compressor which means it is variable speed and the compressor runs most of the time and keeps the room cool within a degree or two unlike other window units that cycle on and off with a 5 degree span.

This unit replaced the one I had it was very noisy I have profound hearing loss and without my aids in I could hear it and was drowning out the TV. This unit is very quiet even with my aids turned up I can barely hear it.
