    Getting rid of Edge has been reported to cause upgrade repair problems. Don't do it. Just don't open or use Edge.

    Yes, this is true but there are ways around it. I'm at that point now, as the latest update is just for Edge + some Win 11 health thing. The way around it is to make a new custom ISO with the latest version, then you remove what you don't want, then install Windows.

    All the other updates work just fine. I also suspect that when a new update comes along that is not just for Edge, that will work. I don't know, yet.
