That's why I installed a generator years ago ...and upgraded it to a bigger one earlier this year. It can power my whole house.

Happy December everybody.

My body clock seems to have has decided to move a little closer to home, I appear to be running to Eastern European Time at present. Feels a bit too early for me to get up, but at least it means I get to see the dawn today.

Have you ever woken with a fragment of a song in your head, but not enough of it (or its lyrics) to put a name to it? That's how I awoke this morning. The darkest hour is just before dawn, and I spent most of it lying in my bed, half awake, and trying to drag up a few more fragments. Got there in the end

What a great song; what a great sound; what a terrific group. Nobody in the Ms&Ps was a solo artist, but the four voices together made beautiful music. I think California Dreaming and Yesterday (not the Ms&Ps, of course) are two of the best of that whole era.
