I am, well, on this particular machine at least.

It's running the migrated W10 OS and apps from my System One below, the one machine I find myself using most often. I have had it running a test migration upgraded to W11 Insider builds for the past two months. I know 11 runs well with all my apps, and had got used to having 11 on it. I was disappointed when it wasn't offered the upgrade on Day One.

No to both questions, it's just a modestly spec'd machine. I didn't need anything really powerful for my daily use, prioritising storage over speed. I went for the cheapest I could find that would meet the requirements for 11. For specs see my System One at Eleven Forum.

At an hour in it's got as far as 'Status: Installing - 40%'. Mind you, the first 25-30 minutes were just downloading the upgrade (some 3.8GB). That's mostly down to broadband speed.

That's the one I use for 'heavy lifting', now with its clean install of W11

Well the utility company, or one of their subs, is on the street today. They are digging up that underground electrical short we had at the end of July. Nice to see them repairing this. Another short during the winter and there would be no alternate path.
