Nope.


Router was the issue, position thereof.


I could not access it as it was in a room I could not go into. I asked if it was buried, got mixed messages.


They said the installer said it needed to go in basement. What he meant was in the basement would be best for him.


I showed them where it should be located or they could request "Pods" (mesh like) add-ons from supplier. They were not into plugging anything else in.


Left it with them, said I could help if they needed. Until then sit in kitchen.


Had a wifi analyzer which had the signal drifting in and out of range. No interference from of routers.
