Well I checked, apart from a couple of leaves that decided to turn early they're all still resolutely green. Did collect a good few walnuts though, so not a wasted journey

I hadn't really planned on buying a second replacement machine this soon, having already bought a modestly spec'd one to take over from my 'daily use' System One below. But at that price it was too good a chance to miss, bargains like that are few and far between.

Well I got bored waiting for my 'main machine' to be offered 11 (still not showing in WU, you having any better luck Mike?).

To while away the time I did a clean install of 11 on my new toy essential tool. Boy was it fast - 10 minutes from booting the install usb to the desktop.
