Well, we had guests, but the size of that thing in the fridge is amazing, even after four people ate their fill last night.

'Course there's the same problem in December, with turkey.

We are so fortunate to have the unearned and undeserved privilege of having been born where we were and when we were, in places and times of freedom and plenty, where even a plague that would have decimated the world a century ago is within the reach of contemporary science.

We don't have a Thanksgiving here in the UK, so we do both a ham and a turkey for our Christmas.

I will, I have some parts on order and will make it more manual than semiautomatic I will be able to bottle faster manual anyway. I will be using some relay logic instead of computer logic more dependable.
