For anyone that hasn't seen this... check out the L3 cache speeds for Ryzen CPUs, on Win 11 RTM.
AMD and Microsoft, said it will be fixed (patched), in October.
Win 11 DEV, doesn't have this problem.

I read that they can take a 5-15% hit on some games.

Yeah. All my 3rd party dprograms and drivers are identical on Win 10 and Win 11. But Win 10 does feel a bit.. snappier.
