Morning WXC. Wishing you a good weekend too.

Morning Borg. You should be able to reset with normal computer. Then create your own Apple id. Most games are free with some ads. Lots you can get rid of of ads for $2.00.

If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support (CA)

If you know the parents Apple id and password it would be good to set it up with that and then sign out of the apple account. That way the "It's stolen" process won't kick in.

Sorry to hear your stomach is still causing your issues. Sounds like your diet is getting quite restrictive.

    Good day all.

    Nice day here.

Going to cut the lawn and then maybe go for a short walk with my wife.

Class was fun yesterday, things as expected. Number one problem, access codes and passwords forgotten. One lady hasn't been able to get into her tablet for a year.
Morning Ken. Trouble with passwords is for safety they need to be complex but are then impossible to remember so you have to write them down. Now I wonder where I put that bit of paper?

    Afternoon Keith
Thanks for the link, might check it out if I mess with it. Truth be told I usually have a Sudoku puzzle book with me, that keeps the ADHD in check while I'm waiting.

Well, at least I don't have an ulcer (yet), I am getting somewhat better with my mild diet lately, lots of water & a yogurt every night for dessert.

It is what it is, but thanks. Just have to wait & see how this plays out. Numbers here are spiking, local ER was diverting ambulances a couple days ago, they wouldn't say why but I'm betting I know the root cause. So my visit with the gastro doc might be put on hold again depending on how bad it is around the 12th of next month.

    That is about it Keith.

The basic password I find is pet name with birth year. Yikes. I was at a customer house yesterday and their network name was their pet name and the password to network was pet name. They have Apple gear and it flags it every time as weak, even their TV box flagged it.

Oh, Borg, you may have to install iTunes on a Windows computer.

Numbers are staying pretty consistent here. Nothing to brag about. Where I live we have a 77.5% fully vaccinated over the age of 12. Toronto, one of the largest cities in NA, 79% over age of 12. It is making a real difference. Schools have only been open a week or so. Next week we shall see if we are doing well or imagining that we are doing well.

Yeah, passwords are effeminately lacking on some folks computers.

I tell people to always answer the reset/challenge question with nonsense, anything but the actual answer to the question (ie, what school did you attend, etc.) Most of those questions are public data that can be researched & found online.

    I saw that about iTunes.

I hope your schools fare better then ours are here. Every day a new article or 2 about entire districts closing due to the virus. Anti-mask mandates for kids are now being overturned left & right as they struggle to get the mess under control they created in the first place by putting a bunch of un-vaxxed kids into a classroom setting.

I sure hope that is the same here Keith. We had one province, they dropped all precautions and of course their hospital system has now been over run. They are shipping patients thousands of miles to Ontario to deal with it.

Precautions put back in place and premier is trying to get is foot out of his mouth. Honestly not sure why people think covid is a political thing, it is a public health issue.
