Thanks, feeling a bit better. Got my barium swallow on Mon, no ulcer, but lots of stomach inflammation. Not sure how they'll treat that, said they need to find the cause, I'm hoping it's going to be a "Take this pill & you'll be fine" deal.

Well, I think it's good news, of no ulcer. But getting it nailed down seems to be problematic.

I'm confident, the solution will be found soon.

I got my gastro doc appt next month, although the way the numbers are starting to spike here I may put that off depending how bad it is. The docs office is located in a building connected to the hosp, & I have no desire to get near that place, especially nowadays.

I certainly understand your hesitancy, but on the other hand, this need to be addressed, as well.

Yeah, just when things were settling down now it's "here we go again."

I already put off a couple exams I should have gotten a year ago, but then the virus put everything on hold. Not that the docs clinic wasn't open, but I had to sign a waiver for a stomach scope (there is a risk I can catch covid, but I will not hold them responsible if I do) so seeing that I put that on hold. His clinic was shut down 3X during a years time due to infected people coming in, so might be good I didn't get it done.

I suppose I'll have to wait & if it seems OK I can always take the stairs to avoid the crowded elevators.
