In the chipset section for your Motherboard ( I think is Apex III) there are four drivers. May I ask did you install them all?
If not I would.
That code seems to be related to chipset and I see the Intel Management that Doug mentioned in this set of four.
I will continue to look.

I looked on my machine, no way the same capabilities of yours but find SM Bus listed as part of chipset in System section.

Ok Ken I fixed the errors, after doing some research on my issue, I found other Asus users that had same problem. They all fixed the issue by d/l an Asus app called Armoury Crate ....I new about this app, but never wanted to install it. Has a lot of bloatware in it. So anyhow installed it, and it found 3 updates that needed to be updated on my pc. Took a long time, but after it was done installing the updated drivers, then rebooted, errors are all fixed !!!!
I'll be uninstalling Armoury crate very soon thou.
