    That is indeed, unfortunately.

With any luck, it will ease up to the point, to where you can hold off until Oct.. And all will be good.
Yeah I hope so, my Wife says weekends aren't the same without me having a drink, staggering around the front porch in my underwear, waving at the neighbors, talking to the cat about physics, etc, etc.

I read an interesting article a few days back. Apparently traveling nurses are so much in demand that the pay is exceptional. One doc in the article said he was wondering if he should become a nurse. They get up to 5K a week & they are quitting hospitals to do those traveling jobs. Hence the latest nurse shortage.

It’s gotten to the point where doctors are saying, “Maybe I should quit being a doctor and go be a nurse,” said Dr. Phillip Coule, chief medical officer at Georgia’s Augusta University Medical Center
The average pay for a traveling nurse has soared from roughly $1,000 to $2,000 per week before the pandemic to $3,000 to $5,000 now, said Sophia Morris, a vice president at San Diego-based health care staffing firm Aya Healthcare. She said Aya has 48,000 openings for traveling nurses to fill.

I know a couple young ladies, that are Travel Nurses, and they do very well.

It's not something I would find too exciting, at this time however, due to Covid. Unfortunately, this has changed the world forever, it seems.

Oh yeah, I imagine they're doing quite well. If the pay is enough to make docs want to be nurses, that definitely makes you wonder. It's a given it's risky, but then there's always the draw of $$$$$.

Strange how this virus has changed so many things in our lives.
