    Certifications: What should I do?

I live in Brazil. Here it's a pit of wrong information about IT (if you get informed on YouTube on how to configure Windows and so on), so I think certifications can be a great deal to me. The problem is that I'm not sure which certification I should get first. I've been fixing Windows and some hardwares issues for my costumers for 6 years. I never got into college to learn IT, I just learn from MVPs on Windows and hardware professionals with some credentials. I'm thinking getting CompTIA A+ for now, but I'm not sure if is the best option for me. I also think to get Microsoft 365 Certification because I work with Windows more than everything else. I'm really new on certification. Can someone give me a insight on which certifications should I get?
