The TL;DR is the contacts on my next door neighbor's phone (LG Stylo 4) vanished out of nowhere, she says maybe she visited the wrong webpage and got her phone hacked or whatever, idk, but the end result is all but her voicemail number, 411, and 2 more I forgot about were erased. her call log is still in-tact, but the numbers there are without a name to them

If there's any way I could restore the contacts from her phone back to normal without rooting it and violating any phone carrier support she has with metro by t-mobile, that would be perfect, otherwise, I got no clue what to do next. My next door neighbor is a sweet old lady we help every now and then with stuff she can't do alone, and I want to help her with this, so please, help me help her
