We live right on the edge of the woods so you never know what you'll see when you step outside. We have the cat because mice like to come into the house sometimes, so we have our own pest controller patrolling the house at night.

A few years ago I was getting ready to go to the store in the morn & a cop car at the end of the street pulled up & said I should go back inside. Asked them why & they said a bear had been spotted in the area & they were trying to track it. Had to wait a couple hours until they said it apparently wasn't in the area anymore.

I have power back Just having a cat around the house will keep the mice away it seems they do not like the odor of a cat.

Yay, glad you got it back.

She's already caught 2 mice, not sure if she got them outside or in the house, but either way, it's nice to have natures mouse patrol. Since we're so close to the woods, they come in anyway, especially in winter.
