For us it's usually July & August that sees the high temps & humidity.

Although last year the heat stayed with us until Oct & we did have a pretty mild winter. Curious to see how it all plays out this year.

Our place was built in 1915, so there's little in the way of insulation. Aside from that, we only have one unit in the bedroom. We're seeing about maybe adding a AC unit to the outside, the ones that have the blowers mounted on the walls. Contractor said one unit can run up to 3 of those.

We did get a few new windows a couple years back & had both bedroom windows replaced, so we have a bit of insulation up here at least....
I have been looking at those to they are more solar friendly than the other units and it also serves as a heater in the winter time.

Yes Andre agree. That is why we had our attic insulation replaced. It had all collapsed. Still would like to see building codes for new buildings built with large high returns. Would save a ton of money long run.

Time for some breakfast, buffalo burgers & whatever we dig up from the fridge. I think we have some sweet Amish potato salad left.

You all take care & have a good, safe day.

The two of you, have a nice, safe day, as well.

Went and saw my mom today. In good spirits and ready to chat. Nice visit.

Now for a beverage on the deck, then some golf.

    Stay safe
