My temps come from 2 places most of the time ....the Great lakes and down from Canada

This is another good one from 1903. None of the buildings are the same but it still floods there occasionally when the river Colne overflows. And yes that is a cow wading though the flood.

Yeah yeah, enjoy the cool weather. We'll just make due hiding out in the house with the AC. (not that this is any diffrent from any other day )

I saw something on BBC a while back, apparently you can find a lot of old items in the mud along the Thames. They had a short segment on folks that go down there, dig up & collect items from a couple 100 years ago.

Yeah and drive pony and trap. My dad said he used to do that when his dad had a grocery store in Scotland to make deliveries to customers. That would have been in the 1920's.

Lawn cut, trimmed and blown. Wife is a really good cutter. Walks very slowly so the lawn is cut very even.
