    Good afternoon Keith.

I'm really surprised you had so much bother getting it. As an 'Outsider', but armed with an ISO courtesy of UUPDump, I have installs running on one VM and two 'well below spec' physical machines. All got the CU through Windows Update on their first check for updates, like any machine would.
Evening Bree. I've given up trying to read MS's mind. I've got another VM I was using to see how good VBox's UEFI bios is because it says it's experimental. I installed W10 2004 because I was too lazy to find a later ISO. It updated to 20H2 but hasn't been offered 21H1 yet.

Well, you haven't missed a whole lot.

I'm not real happy with Windows 11 at the moment. Too many glitches.

Hello Ken. Yay! I get to watch F1 live this weekend (spoilers aren't an issue)

Hello @Wynona, I too wish you a full return to good health ASAP.

    Hello Mike,
my classic mini runs happily on the lowest grade available here in the UK. We buy in litres here but that works out at £5.20 / US gal. or $7.17 (US$). I may have to switch to the highest grade soon though. All other grades are going to be required to up the alcohol content from 5% to 10% soon.

Just a a reference point, I used mid-octane gas and it cost $5.90 CDN a US gallon. That is roughly $4.69 US.
I am here where they make the stuff and it is $2.80 gal.

Hi, Keith. I see you finally got it installed using UUPDump.

Hi, Andre. Rain starting late this afternoon and lasting until Tuesday. We need it, but I don't like it. Hate driving in it.

Hi, Charlie, Buzzy, Eddy, Tommy, Blackie, Penguin, Butchie, & Tuffie.

Hi, Mike & Sammy. It will get up to 85° with heavy thunderstorms later this afternoon. From what the weather dude on TV said, though, not so much heavy . . . We'll see what develops.

    Yup. Same here.

Hi, Ghot. Doesn't look like such a nice Friday afternoon here.

    Hi, WXC.

We're going to have a watery afternoon with a high of 85°.

Hi, Bob. It's 81° so far with watery sunshine.

Agreed, Ken. I have a 500 GB SSD in this machine with 24 GB RAM. It still takes forever and three days to boot to my Windows 11 partition. I think I need to go in and change something . . .

And everyone knows the more RAM you have, the faster things should work . . . but so far, not with Windows 11.

True, but if they would get vaccinated, they'd keep themselves and their family better protected! Here in Arkansas, we're less than 50% vaccinated . . . unbelievable!

We didn't play pool last night because three of the opposing team have COVID. At least two of those are fully vaccinated and all have mild cases. I figure the third one is probably fully vaccinated too, since she has a mild case.

Good grief! That's some expensive gas!

Yeah, but I've been coughing more this morning. At some point, I'll notice that I haven't coughed in days . . . wish that day would hurry up and get here!
    Afternoon Wynona. Take care

Hello Charlie - that's cheap, works out at $3.50/imperial gallon (that's about 54.4 p/ltr. for the benefit of UK readers).

Problem here is the tax. Our government does like it's "sin taxes".
