You are careful and are still treating this as a pandemic. It is the people who are treating this as if it were over that are getting sick.

Yes, everyone is acting like this whole pandemic is over with. My doc said 4 months ago it's far from over & going to be with us for some time.

That's what's happening here, lots of parties, gatherings & throwing caution to the wind are fueling this latest spike. Medical officials have stated they were caught off guard by the sudden increase, they were expecting a decrease. But in some states/areas, levels have increased to the same that they were during the height of the 1st wave.

Last night, this morning I completed upgrades to MIL's machine. It is quite pleasant to work on.

I will never buy another computer with an HDD boot drive, never.

and Windows should really have an 8GB minimum for memory.


The gas to get and return laptop will likely be the most expensive individual part of this upgrade.
