    In my BIOS on the Advanced tab, I have a thing called AMD CPU fTPM.
    Turns out it's "Firmware TPM"

    With it disabled, PowerShell - get-tpm shows all false.
    With it enabled, I get all True.

    Seems the ASUS (anyhow) x570 and x470 motherboards have AMD CPU fTPM.
    The ASUS x370 motherboards also have something similar. AKA TPM Device selection...
    (Firmware TPM or Discreet TPM)
