Changing your IP is not easily done if you only have one ISP in your house. Can be done by going to places that offer free wifi.

Opera browser comes with it's own built in "VPN" which is quite good at getting around region restricted videos. Something we frequently have to do in the UK.

I've never tried Opera, but will do some reading on it.

I honestly have no need for a VPN. But, was interested in what McAfee had once said. I can only assume, that at the time, he was not referring to a VPN.

Regardless, I appreciate the feedback.
