    Good morning / afternoon folks.

In the low 60's, looks like the rain is gone for now & the forecast says cooler days for a couple at least with highs in the mid 70's.

Got an eye doc appt this morning in a bit, hopefully that'll be in/out quickly.

Well that was an interesting morning. Had a new central heating boiler installed yesterday. Overnight a soldered joint sprang a leak and when I got up this morning kitchen was flooded and the master stopcock was stuck in the open position. Nightmare. Took lots of WD40 to free that off and the rest of the morning to clean up. Plumber came in mid day and re-soldered the joint so all working now. Just glad it's warm weather to dry things off.

Sorry to read this, Keith. What a nightmare, indeed.

Things like that can be so frustrating. Hopefully, all will be good now.

    Good luck, buddy.
