Nope. We got our clocks cleaned. We're out of the running in 8-ball, but we still have 9-ball to go.

But that's OK . . . We are the lowest total skill level in the division, and we cleaned clocks in the playoffs. We all knew it was a virtual impossibility to win through to a trip to World championships in Vegas, but we were willing to try.

Now, 9-ball is another story. As a skill level 1, I was consistently beating 3s until I got raised to a 2. Now, I've played four 4s, and beat every one of 'em. If I knew how I can do that, but stink in 8-ball . . .

Anyway, we all do better in 9-ball than we do in 8-ball.
