Can't say all is good.. I'm not so optimistic kind of person

But Covid situation is calming down. Still a lot of new infections, but situation in hospitals is manageable. Summer is here, and UV-C radiation is not friendly for small organic forms .. A lot of people is vaccinated, or immune by any other reason, that help a lot too. Guess we'll have a couple of months till the thing get worse again.

Yeah, I'm the same way, not so optimistic.

Not really sure what's going to happen but I read recently the variants are starting to spread. Right now in the UK, the dominant strain is the India Delta variant, much more contagious.

We may see another shut down depending on how things go. I'd like this to be done with, but my doc told me recently this is going to be around for longer then we'd like it to be.

I just hope this sends a message to all the "mad scientists" messing around with germs. Knock it off already....

Well the cat is sure enjoying the cicadas....literally. This is the 3rd one she's dragged in from the back porch in the last 1/2 hr. She's eating them....good protein for her.

You might get our rain in a day or 2. It started raining just now & I heard thunder.

I imagine it's quite a fight against them. I see the occasional nests around here, big white patches of webbing & they hide inside that, except when they venture out to feed.
