Hello Ghot My house when iI bought it did not have any insulation either paid 4K for the house had it moved on my property then had to strip the walls out to rewire it and I insulated it in the process.

Hello TC and Frankie flood stage is 17' there are people that cannot get out to go to work.

To get back to normal levels it needs to drain at least 14'
